The Encrypted EtherPoll is a two port SCADA communications serial server that allows multi-drop devices to use Ethernet LAN's in a more secure manner. The Encrypted EtherPoll connects any async serial device through a LAN and between LAN's via routers with an AES-128 encrypted link. The Encrypted EtherPoll is designed specifically to support asynchronous polling protocols, such as Modbus, DNP, etc. It is compatible with the one port EtherPoll products when used in unencrypted mode. One port may be connected to un-encrypted devices while the other connects with a network of AES Encrypted EtherPolls. | |||
