We provide free access to our technicians via phone (you pay for the call, of course) for every product we sell. Simply phone 217-897-6600 between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Central Standard Time. During those office hours, there is rarely a wait of more than two or three minutes to speak to a knowledgeable technician that can assist you in configuring equipment, diagnosing equipment or system problems, arranging for depot warranty repair, or provisioning an emergency rental unit if needed. We answer most on-line requests within a few business hours.
