We provide free access to our technicians via phone (you pay for the call, of course) for every product we sell. Simply phone 217-897-6600 between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Central Standard Time. During those office hours, there is rarely a wait of more than two or three minutes to speak to a knowledgeable technician that can assist you in configuring equipment, diagnosing equipment or system problems, arranging for depot warranty repair, or provisioning an emergency rental unit if needed. When you call, have the product model number, options, and system information available for the equipment you are calling about. If you prefer email support, please use our Contact Form. We answer most on-line requests within a few business hours. Along with the free telephone support we give every purchaser of DCB products (see the contact info on this page), we also provide services for a fee... network system design, project and logistics planning, installation, and complex system diagnostics on an hourly, daily, and project basis.
