Four Port EtherPoll EPL-2 VERSION 1.05 7/23/2014 The previous release, v1.04 was not released. This release adds the following feature: - The Etherpoll can be configured to discover and respond to a peer device's UDP port. This behavior is controlled via a new Advanced option called "Lock Destination Port". The default is "on", which mimics the original Etherpoll behavior of always sending data to the configured UDP port. The setting "off" unlocks the destination port and allows the Etherpoll to change the destination port, matching it to the peer's source port.-----------

Four Port EtherPoll EPL-4 VERSION 1.04 7/25/2011The transmit-timer mode did not function correctly. Regardless of how the configuration option was set, the unit would always operate in idle-timeout mode. (Note: This correction may cause problems for current customers if they upgrade firmware since it will change the default behaviour of the unit.) There was a flaw in the timing routines that would cause the transmit-timer/idle-timeout timer to prematurely trigger once every second.
