DESCRIPTION

The HSW-08 is an 8-port Ethernet Switch, temperature rated for use from -40 to +75C.

The HSW-08, in addition to industrial temperature rating, has power supply options for 110 or 220 VAC, 12, 24, 48 and 125 VDC. The temperature range and voltage options make the HSW-08 an ideal ethernet switch for industrial applications.

The HSW-08 has 8 - 10/100 Ethernet ports with an integrated layer 2 switch. Internally, there are 128 K bytes of SRAM for frame buffering, and 2.0 Gbps memory bandwidth. The HSW-08 is capable of wire speed transmission. It supports 1,000 MAC address, address learning, address aging and address migration. The HSW-08 supports 1536 byte frames for passing VLAN tags.

The HSW-08 has 2 LEDs for each port to indicate connection, speed and activity, and a power indicator on the rear panel.
