DESCRIPTION

The IP-6100 High Speed Ethernet Interface Unit provides connectivity from high speed 100 BaseT full duplex Ethernet to either DS3 or E3 networks. A small, economical, reliable way to transport 100BaseT Ethernet traffic via DS3 or E3 networks.

The 6100 requires an unframed, non-channelized DS3 link. It will not operate over DS3 links that have any any type of framing such as M13, M23, C-bit, or SYNTRAN.
